For almost 100 years, our family has been dedicated to the development and construction of water turbines, small hydropower plants and the generation of electricity from hydropower.
With more than 1,000 successfully installed turbines, the third-generation GUGLER family is one of the world’s leading suppliers of water turbines in the range from 5 kW to 40 MW.

The Nam Cuoi is fully operational with 2 Francis turbines designed for delivering 12 200 kW.
Following its complete refurbishment, the Moco-Moco hydropower plant is now in operation with increased output and two Pelton turbines and is supplying Lethem with renewable energy.
Officially completed in November 2024, this project represents a significant milestone in expanding Zimbabwe’s renewable energy capacity.
