Este proyecto, realizado para pewag, especialista en cadenas de renombre mundial, cuenta con una turbina Kaplan de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n de 718 kW y supone un gran avance en la producci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda sostenible para la industria austriaca.<\/p><h4><strong>Infraestructura moderna para un rendimiento \u00f3ptimo<\/strong><\/h4><p>Aunque el emplazamiento tiene una conexi\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica con la energ\u00eda hidroel\u00e9ctrica, la nueva central de Hansenh\u00fctte se construy\u00f3 desde cero para cumplir con los est\u00e1ndares industriales modernos. GUGLER proporcion\u00f3 un paquete integral \u00abdel agua a la red\u00bb que inclu\u00eda una sala de m\u00e1quinas de nuevo dise\u00f1o y un canal optimizado.<\/p><p>Un elemento clave de este proyecto fue la importante ampliaci\u00f3n del canal de agua. La central original utilizaba un puente de tuber\u00edas para cruzar el arroyo justo antes de llegar a la antigua sala de m\u00e1quinas. En el nuevo dise\u00f1o, se construy\u00f3 una transici\u00f3n en este puente de tuber\u00edas para conectar una nueva tuber\u00eda de presi\u00f3n de 530 metros. Al reubicar la sala de m\u00e1quinas aproximadamente 500 metros m\u00e1s abajo, se logr\u00f3 un aumento sustancial de la altura de ca\u00edda, lo que abri\u00f3 una nueva dimensi\u00f3n de capacidad Para garantizar una instalaci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida y sin contratiempos, entregamos todo el sistema de transmisi\u00f3n &#8211; incluidos el generador y el rotor &#8211; como una unidad totalmente premontada y \u00ablista para instalar\u00bb.<\/p><p>Este enfoque nos permiti\u00f3 superar los retos de espacio dentro de la nueva central el\u00e9ctrica y completar el montaje dos meses antes de nuestra fecha l\u00edmite original, con la llegada del equipo a la obra en agosto de 2025.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5ed6c44 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"5ed6c44\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8bf3852 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8bf3852\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4><strong>Infraestructura de alto rendimiento<\/strong><\/h4><p>M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la central el\u00e9ctrica, el proyecto incluy\u00f3 una mejora t\u00e9cnica de los sistemas hidr\u00e1ulicos externos para garantizar la fiabilidad a largo plazo. La soluci\u00f3n consisti\u00f3 en una nueva zona de toma equipada con una rejilla fina de 6 metros de longitud y una m\u00e1quina autom\u00e1tica de limpieza de rejillas de gran capacidad. Con una fuerza de empuje de 1,5 toneladas, este sistema garantiza que la toma permanezca libre de residuos, manteniendo un caudal \u00f3ptimo en todo momento.<\/p><p>Para la nueva tuber\u00eda forzada de 530 metros de longitud, se seleccionaron tubos Flowtite de PRFV de DN1800.
