Dieses f\u00fcr den weltweit renommierten Kettenspezialisten pewag realisierte Projekt verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine hochmoderne 718-kW-Kaplan-Turbine und stellt einen bedeutenden Fortschritt in der nachhaltigen Energieerzeugung f\u00fcr die \u00f6sterreichische Industrie dar.<\/p><h4 data-path-to-node=\"2\"><b data-path-to-node=\"2\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Moderne Infrastruktur f\u00fcr H\u00f6chstleistung<\/b><\/h4><p data-path-to-node=\"3\">Obwohl der Standort eine historische Verbindung zur Wasserkraft hat, wurde das neue Kraftwerk Hansenh\u00fctte komplett neu errichtet, um modernsten Industriestandards zu entsprechen. GUGLER lieferte ein umfassendes \u201eWater-to-Wire\u201c-Paket, das ein neu konzipiertes Krafthaus sowie einen optimierten Triebwasserweg umfasste.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"4\">Ein Schl\u00fcsselelement dieses Projekts war die erhebliche Verl\u00e4ngerung des Triebwasserwegs. Das urspr\u00fcngliche Kraftwerk nutzte eine Rohrbr\u00fccke, um den Bach unmittelbar vor dem alten Krafthaus zu \u00fcberqueren. Im neuen Design wurde an dieser Rohrbr\u00fccke ein \u00dcbergangsst\u00fcck konstruiert, um eine neue, 530 Meter lange Druckrohrleitung anzuschlie\u00dfen. Durch die Verlegung des Krafthauses um etwa 500 Meter weiter flussabw\u00e4rts konnte die Fallh\u00f6he deutlich gesteigert werden, was f\u00fcr unseren Kunden eine v\u00f6llig neue Dimension der Die L\u00f6sung umfasst einen neuen Einlaufbereich, der mit einem 6 Meter langen Feincrechen und einer leistungsstarken automatischen Rechenreinigungsmaschine ausgestattet ist. Mit einer Schubkraft von 1,5 Tonnen stellt dieses System sicher, dass der Einlauf frei von Treibgut bleibt und jederzeit ein optimaler Durchfluss aufrechterhalten wird.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"3\">F\u00fcr die neu verl\u00e4ngerte, 530 Meter lange Druckrohrleitung wurden DN1800 GFK-Flowtite-Rohre gew\u00e4hlt. Diese wurden gezielt aufgrund ihrer hervorragenden hydraulischen Flie\u00dfeigenschaften, die Reibungsverluste minimieren, sowie ihrer bew\u00e4hrten Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit ausgew\u00e4hlt \u2013 eine langlebige L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr die kommenden Jahrzehnte.<\/p><h4 data-path-to-node=\"4\"><b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Gr\u00fcne Energie f\u00fcr die Industrie<\/b><\/h4><p data-path-to-node=\"5\">Seit der Inbetriebnahme im November 2025 hat das Kraftwerk Hansenh\u00fctte seine Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit unter Beweis gestellt und bis Februar 2026 nahezu 100 % seiner Kapazit\u00e4t erreicht.
